If you’ve never had a cake doughnut, prepare yourself. These aren’t the sad little doughnuts sitting in a gas station display case. These are fluffy, buttery, crispy-on-the-outside, melt-in-your-mouth masterpieces. One bite and I seriously considered extending my vacation just to come back the next morning.

Pro tip: Get there EARLY! They close at 3 PM, and the best flavors disappear faster than free pizza in an office break room. If you show up late, don’t blame the doughnut gods.

“After 2 disappointing visit to the Dunkin on commercial and federal which i highly recommend no one visists this dunkin Take the short ride down commercial towards lauderdale by the sea turn right on A1A and head south about a mile it will be on the left. This is the most personable and interacting staff I have seen at a chain business. Kudos to management for allowing employees to enjoy their work and talking it up with the customers which you don't see much anymore. On the weekends there might be a line but the wait is worth the service you receive. “Was having a rough morning traveling. Angry faces and attitude everywhere. Arguing with myself on the ride. Was legit pissed! Placed my order but needed to changed something. Victor was the first person that morning that said good morning. The first person all morning who didn't look bothered because I needed help with something minor. His attitude was helpful and cool like no biggy homie. Definitely took me out my funk. Food was delicious. You never know what people got going on in life so it wasn't anything major but it was impactful. Preciated cha man!“
