“Very nice and newly renovated. Staff were friendly, food was done fast but a little too fast, my hash browns were undercooked and mushy, zero crunch. I was impressed by the speed but soon found out that waiting for your meal is worth it to be cooked right. I wasn't in a hurry nor gave the impression I was, it wasn't busy at all so ?“
“I liked everything, it was good but the person who helped me has a face that wants to eat you and he was only on his phone, the bathroom is closed, ask him for the keys, he looks at you badly and you can't flush the bathroom, you have to do it yourself by lifting up the cap the cashier name is in the recibe.. take more attention with this people.“
“I was drawn in for a National Donut Day PROMO but when neither of the two donuts I ordered were available I was told in an unapologetic way the reason they didn't have what I ordered was "today's Donut Day." Must have sold out of the good flavors quickly. I was given stale scraps in undesirable flavors that mostly was tossed in the trash. I had to buy ($) a drink to get this promo which was one big fiasco for me. Oh, well. Live and learn. The Iced Americano drink ended up in the trash too.“
“I come to this Dunkin' several times a week. Depending on who is working, depends on how your experience/ coffee will come out.Diamond, is absolutely wonderful. She is a pleasure to see every single time. That woman deserves a raise.Some of the other employees seem as though they could really care less...You should really consider teaching them proper customer service skills. Yesterday my iced coffee was watery.But normally , it's pretty good at this location!“

“Good donuts and a good variety of them. They also make speciality coffees which I didn't try as we were looking for something sweet after dinner. There was a decent amount of donuts still and we came in around 5pm. They still tasted fresh and soft. We got some donut holes which actually come in different options not just the usual glazed and chocolate, which was nice. I got the blueberry donut which tasted pretty good. The 2 ladies working were nice and helpful. It's a good donut shop located in the downtown area.“
“The donuts are very much homestyle, old-fashioned donuts, nothing like Krispy Kreme’s, which is not a problem. Prices are quite high for donuts, but you have to understand. These are not being produced on a mill like at Krispy Kreme. Customer service Overall could be better.
