Dunkin' Donuts in Miramar

“I was getting ready to head to the library to get some focus time in and decided to swing by Dunkin' beforehand to get the Megan's Mango drink. This is my second time getting the drink and I do not regret it. For a nice hot day it was so refreshing and just what I needed at the perfect price point. I got to drink it outside while people watching.“

“I come here once a week through the drive through and everyone I encounter is always so nice and pleasant. Today especially, a young man greeted me at the window. He was very polite and had a very warm, inviting aura. I never have an issue with this location, and the times when I have had wrong or incorrect orders, they are always so quick with rectifying the issue.“

“It’s dunking so the potential of me being back is high but they didn’t acknowledge me for a good 5+ minutes when I was standing at the counter. Barely said a word to me and spoke little to no English. They weren’t very nice at all and the store was not very busy. The coffee and food are hot and good though which saves but maybe need management to come in and remind them to smile a little more.“

“The staff was very helpful and polite and as soon as I walked in they greeted me with happiness and joy. I most definitely recommend this location as a destination place for all your coffee and breakfast and drinks needs and wants. I love the new management.“

“This is the BEST Dunkin Donuts you can go to. The coffee is always perfect, food is always fresh and the service is beyond words. Especially two young ladies that I want to call out by name (and I hope I spell their names right)...their names are Glaria and Nardia. They never fail to give an outstanding experience. The rest of the staff is also outstanding but those two ladies never fail to exceed my expectations. Do yourself a favor and visit and give this Dunkin Donuts on Red Road just off of the turnpike. If you do, I swear to you, you'll never be unsatisfied. Their convenience, service, food quality but most of all you will leave with a big smile on your face... because in today's day and age. Quality and good customer service hardly go hand in hand. If do go and you must do yourself the favor. Please say hello to these two young ladies... thank you to the owner of this Dunkin Donuts for having staff that is so customer service oriented.“
