“We rarely visit DD. This week as a “treat” for my kid. We stopped in the AM and the line was pretty long 😬 in the drive thru so we figured we’d come inside. She was looking forward to a specific flavor which to her disappointment was not available behind the case. It was okay, we ordered something else but….the staff noticed the birthday accessories and presented her with a small gift bag. To her delight it contained the flavor she was looking for!! And then, the entire store’s staff burst out singing Happy Bday. It was really so kind, so thoughtful. This made the start of her special day so much more special. Thank you! It is so nice, in this busy and often impersonal world, to interact with people in this way.“
“I’ve noticed that the consistency of coffee flavor and the staff's attitude can vary from day to day. It would be great to have a more reliable experience. A little focus on consistency can really enhance the overall experience for customers. At the end of the day, it’s all about enjoying a good cup of coffee and being on our way!“

“I really like D&D – they are always delicious. I don’t go there very often, but whenever I do, I’m satisfied with the quality. Sometimes the service can be a bit lacking, but it’s never a big issue. Overall, a place I enjoy and would recommend.“
“I’m a regular here and I absolutely love this Dunkin! I come in pretty often, and it’s honestly become part of my routine. The donuts are always fresh, the coffee is consistent, and everything tastes great every single time.
What really makes this place special is the staff. They are so warm and welcoming. Every time I walk in, they greet me like they already know me, ask how I’m doing, and treat me with so much kindness. It doesn’t feel like a typical customer experience — it feels like family.
One time they even gave me a small gift, which truly meant a lot to me. It’s little gestures like that that show how much they care. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know!“
“I had a bit of a weet tooth yesterday (7/11/26) so I decided to stop at a Dunkin Donut. I use to cone to this location a lot when I lived in Pembroke Pines. It's still clean, quick and they have fresh donuts. Ibordered my usual 6 donuts and I wanted to try a frozen coffee drink as well as a lemonade refresher.... it was really hot outside. Alejandro assisted me. He was awesome by being patient with me when ordering and asked if I was satisfied with my drinks. He definitely showed me great customer service and I will continue to drink here when I get a sweet tooth. Thank you Alejandro. He deserves employee of the month.“
