Dunkin' Donuts in Hialeah

“This Dunkin’ location in Hialeah is hands down my favorite! They always make my latte taste amazing—seriously, I’ve tried other locations and it’s just not the same. My current go-to is the Hazelnut Cloud Dunkalatte and they never miss with it. Plus, the ladies working there are always so welcoming and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely my top spot!“

“I've been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts for many years, and honestly, I love how clean it is. They're incredibly fast with the food, everything is delicious and clean, and the donuts are the freshest you'll ever taste. I love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would always come back and thank them for the service.“

“I went to the Dunkin' Donuts and ordered donut holes. The lady promptly presented me with donuts. I told her I wanted holes. She did not understand and had to find another employee who spoke English to translate donut holes into Spanish. I did not know the Spanish word for donut hole. Frankly I don't care if you speak English or not but when you have such a short menu you should at least understand what the hell a donut hole is since that is your business. I know the names of all our products in Spanish where I work.

We did get it all sorted out but it certainly was frustrating.“

“The staff was friendly and one overextended herself when l forgot to apply the APP discount. I usually don’t but glaze donuts from Dunkin but these were really tasty, they also sell chocolate-filled donuts not all locations do. I wish they had a drivethrougb, however, despite buckets of rain and it being the slower time of day, we were there with dripping umbrellas and all.😂“
