“Sitting in the cold, snow covered grounds of Fort Worth, Texas, I thought about the Dunkin’ Donuts experience I had….a LONG TIME ago. I searched and WOW! This Dunkin’ Donuts is still here in the same spot! 56 years ago, I was a 6th grade student at Hibuscus Elementary and chosen to be a crossing guard (yes, the kids were the crossing guards back then), and my post was at the corner of this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would go in and get a donut and met a nice server (I have since forgotten her name). After a few times of going in and seeing her, she would give me the donut! I was on top of the world! This obviously was my favorite post to guard!! Very fond memories of her and Dunkin! Gosh, I sure hope I didn’t get her in trouble! Thank you Dunkin! And thank you to the awesome server back in 1969!“

“I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.“

The unique color and presentation might catch you off guard, but don’t let that fool you. It’s creamy, refreshing, fruity, and surprisingly delicious. It’s one of those fun seasonal drinks that actually tastes as good as it looks. My only regret is not ordering a larger size. “I had an issue trying to set up a new membership today so that I can do the two week free medium drinks with a purchase. The cashier was very helpful trying to find the barcode and went above and beyond to make sure I got my free drink for signing up. Best service I’ve received in fast food in a long time! “Stopped in on a slow Saturday mid afternoon to grab coffee and map out my day. Ordering for dine-in via the app was completely seamless. The best part about Dunkin' is getting breakfast all day at a great price.

​Medium coffee with cream: Poured within minutes. The coffee was hot and flavorful.
​Bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel: Fresh, hot, and came with butter and jelly packets on the side (per my request).

​The dining room was quiet, relaxed, and clean, though the seating felt a bit sparse and haphazard—with just a handful of misaligned tables scattered across a large room, a little intentional arrangement could make the space much cozier. Hard to beat this level of convenience and value.“

“Terrible service I always go to this particular location and never have a problem but today I could not believe it, I made my order and the man was very friendly at first but afterwards was very rude, I got off because I wanted to pick my donuts I didn’t even get asked that he was trying to hand me a box of donuts and I asked if i could pick out my donuts he decided not to help me and some man that came after made a big order and he was there preparing his order while I was just there waiting for someone to help me out. Luckily there was a nice lady that didn’t even work there and she prepared my box. I only gave 5 stars so this gets posted.“

“I visited in person about a week ago to order a pickup of 150 donuts for a school event. The employees were informative and patient with me to establish the details. I paid upon placing the order in person to pick up a week later at 10am. I arrived about 20-30min early (before the pickup time), and there was hardly a wait time, and the 3 bags of donut boxes were ready for me. The process was efficient, and again, the employees were polite and helpful. I would purchased here again.“

“I usually come here once or twice a month, always in the mornings, and I order through the app to make the drive-through pickup quicker. Every single time, I get incredible customer service. I’ve never actually been inside, so I can’t speak on that experience, but the young lady who usually works the drive-through in the mornings is always so sweet and genuinely makes me feel like family. She has dreads, and I really wish I had gotten her name because she absolutely deserves to be recognized. I’ll definitely ask for it next time. “Best Dunkin in North Miami. Coffee is always good, and food is alway good too, hot and fresh. Place is usually always full in the early mornings, unfortunately the drive through is alittle uncomfortable since occasionally you can get caught in the back of the line that also takes up a traffic lane on 103rd st to I-95 North Entrance Ramp, and also on exit of the drive through you can find yourself facing on coming traffic, for NW 103rd ST but also if you don't want to get on I-95 you'll have to pace yourself a bit just to be able to cross the extra lane.

But otherwise the place is always a pleasant and quick process.“

“This store is located close to the train and bus station, making it a great stop before or after commuting. Prices are average for the area, and it's open on weekends, which is very convenient. Coffee and breakfast are consistently good, and service is usually quick.“
