“They are organized, fast and attentive at this location. Keep up the great work! As a delivery driver, I am able to receive my orders in a timely manner and staff member speaks to me in less than one minute of me being inside the building. Staff members were friendly and respectful.“

“Sitting in the cold, snow covered grounds of Fort Worth, Texas, I thought about the Dunkin’ Donuts experience I had….a LONG TIME ago. I searched and WOW! This Dunkin’ Donuts is still here in the same spot! 56 years ago, I was a 6th grade student at Hibuscus Elementary and chosen to be a crossing guard (yes, the kids were the crossing guards back then), and my post was at the corner of this Dunkin’ Donuts. I would go in and get a donut and met a nice server (I have since forgotten her name). After a few times of going in and seeing her, she would give me the donut! I was on top of the world! This obviously was my favorite post to guard!! Very fond memories of her and Dunkin! Gosh, I sure hope I didn’t get her in trouble! Thank you Dunkin! And thank you to the awesome server back in 1969!“

“I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.“

“This is the only place open at the Miami airport where you can buy something hot, the quality of coffee and sandwiches is ok, unfortunately the size of the place does not match the number of people using it, deliveries are not available for guests, so unfortunately the place failed in this respect“

“I always order a cappuccino and the Manager Claudia is extremely attentive, she is always smiling and willing to offer sugar and the staff in general never forget my creamers! I am a regular and they always go above and beyond. When I go with my dog the staff always say hi to her.“

“I visited in person about a week ago to order a pickup of 150 donuts for a school event. The employees were informative and patient with me to establish the details. I paid upon placing the order in person to pick up a week later at 10am. I arrived about 20-30min early (before the pickup time), and there was hardly a wait time, and the 3 bags of donut boxes were ready for me. The process was efficient, and again, the employees were polite and helpful. I would purchased here again.“

“It was alright. I went with a friend who doesn’t speak Spanish and the lady at the cashier, kept speaking to her in Spanish. Thankfully, my friend has learned the basic of Spanish language so she was able to defend herself and didn’t ask me to step in. “The place is clean and spacious and you have 3 different seat options. Food was delicious and hot. Drinks were perfectly prepared. They have honey for the green tea. They serve special teas. “The employees Maria and Juliet are very attentive and remembers your name and how you like my coffee and they are very friendly as the rest of the employees. The only thing is that they had 2 disable parking, both was replaced by pick-up parking, now a disabled person has to park at the end of the shopping center or across the parking lot in front of another restaurant.“

“Best Dunkin in North Miami. Coffee is always good, and food is alway good too, hot and fresh. Place is usually always full in the early mornings, unfortunately the drive through is alittle uncomfortable since occasionally you can get caught in the back of the line that also takes up a traffic lane on 103rd st to I-95 North Entrance Ramp, and also on exit of the drive through you can find yourself facing on coming traffic, for NW 103rd ST but also if you don't want to get on I-95 you'll have to pace yourself a bit just to be able to cross the extra lane.

But otherwise the place is always a pleasant and quick process.“

“The pros: nice staff drive-through runs smoothly. The cons: inconsistent flavor, got a few lattes that tasted like oat milk only (gross!) When it’s made correctly you taste the other ingredients. It wasn’t like that when I first started going here, they were making it perfectly and the past week or so the drink has been nasty every time. I felt bad asking them to remake it but for the price I had to. Idk if it’s employee error, or ingredients changed - It’s an understandable mistake for a young or new employee - but please fix it.“

They have never messed up an order.
