10 out of 10 unfortunately would not recommend. I’ve got a couple of times where the coffee tasted like filtered water. The staff are very mean and last time I went I had placed an online order for pick up, and when I came in the manager stated that I never made an order because the ticket did not print even though I had the receipt on my phone with the timestamp of when the order was made. Cashier was on phone texting while taking my order. Did not put the phone down at all which prolonged the transaction. Part of my order came out incorrect. While eating there, the same thing happened to another customer. Put down your phone.

This stand alone Dunkin' has been around for years, changing many hands..the team that's there now are so crass, no customer service experience and their handling of products is questionable....the whole set up is just downright dirty......
