I’m 100% not a morning person, and I’m usually grumpy before my coffee. But Ahmed somehow managed to make me laugh and completely change my mood this morning. Dunkin, keep this guy please!
I come to this Dunkin' quite often, and today was by far my best experience. Ahmed took my order through the drive-thru, and his energy and customer service were absolutely impeccable. It's been a long time since I've experienced service that genuine and welcoming. He was friendly, positive, and made my morning. Great job, Ahmed! Dunkin' is lucky to have you.

The workers at this Dunkin' location are extremely welcoming and friendly, even past midnight. The donuts are fresh and delicious, making for a satisfying experience.
