I got a pan con beefsteak the other night to go, and it didn't have any taste at all.. haven't tried their other food at this particular location, the one on 8th street in coral gables is always delicious though.
Wow, the food quality it's not what it used to be.On "La Ventanita" I ordered Croquetas de Jamón and Tequeños de Queso...Nothing to do with the quality and flavor they used to have...The Tequeños were burned outside and almost no cheese inside...The croquetas were greasier than usually.I don't know what happened with this Carreta, La Ventanita used to be great.

I begin to say that this restaurant is one of my favorites and that the gastronomic service offered by the waiters goes beyond expectations... in my opinion all restaurants should take as an example the service offered by "La Carreta Restaurant". Milly was our waitress who was very attentive and helpful as well as active. In my particularity, I like the servers (WAITERS) to be dynamic, active and fast and she (Milly) has earned all those titles. They should raise Milly's salary...read full review
