I begin to say that this restaurant is one of my favorites and that the gastronomic service offered by the waiters goes beyond expectations... in my opinion all restaurants should take as an example the service offered by "La Carreta Restaurant". Milly was our waitress who was very attentive and helpful as well as active. In my particularity, I like the servers (WAITERS) to be dynamic, active and fast and she (Milly) has earned all those titles. They should raise Milly's salary $$$. I continue commenting on the service we also received from the waitress Lisbeth, she treated us attentively and very helpfully, as well as lovingly, she treated us exactly as if we were at home. Her service was fast AND diligent even though she had several tables to serve, the restaurant should also give her a raise-$$$. I don't want to conclude my comment without first mentioning Barbara, the room assistant, who kept an eye on us as well as all the tables, refilling the water glasses, serving the rolls with butter, and asking if everything was okay. The administration of the restaurant "La Carreta" should promote her for another job. Nothing, gentlemen, come to the cart to have a good time and eat delicious and tasty Cuban food. ??
