I’ve been here three times in the past 2 months and each and every time they’ve made my drink wrong. Today they forgot to add the brown sugar, which I paid extra for. They pick and choose when they want to follow the order ticket which is so weird because this has never happened in the past. Shame on me I guess 😭
This is my favorite spot for breakfast, surpassing others in the area. The lady's serving starts your day in the best way. Maria and Juliat.
The employees Maria and Juliet are very attentive and remembers your name and how you like my coffee and they are very friendly as the rest of the employees. The only thing is that they had 2 disable parking, both was replaced by pick-up parking, now a disabled person has to park at the end of the shopping center or across the parking lot in front of another restaurant.

Dunkin' provides an outstanding experience with delicious donuts, such as Bavarian cream, jelly, and cake icing. The staff is extremely friendly, personable, and remembers customers' names. The location is super clean inside and outside, with ample parking. Henry and Javier are notable staff members who provide excellent customer service, suggesting new flavors to try and ensuring top-quality products. With a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Dunkin' is highly recommended for its great food, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
