Extremely slow service. Only four cars ahead of me in the drive through this morning and it took 20 minutes for me to place my order. This has happened multiple times over the last year. I’m better off driving farther to the hammocks location

Just drove fairly far to this Dunkin for breakfast and a strawberry frosted donut. I got home and realized they forgot my donut, so I tried calling twice to get a refund, but their phone just keeps ringing and ringing with no answer. Pretty annoying. They were not busy when I went through the drive through and the woman on the speaker asked for what donut I wanted twice and with or without sprinkles, then just forgot it.

Today we made the excellent decision to go to Dunkin Donuts, we chose Kendall and it was the best thing.... we arrived at a place with the appropriate warmth both environmentally and humanly, we were welcomed by Javier who with the best attitude attended to us, He made suggestions and made sure that everything was top quality and without a doubt it was... excellent coffee and 1000 points in attention and service... 1000% recommended

Bought a box of coffee and 50 munchkins and the manager at the time charged me $5.0O + tax for additional cups, sugar, cream and didnt have any stir sticks. He continued to talk behind my back in spanish because he thought I didnt understand. Washrooms smell like urine and the hand dryers didn't work, no paper towels either. Suprised how this place stayes open. 1st and last time for me!!!Horrible service and atmosphere was a mess.
People in this store is very rude. The started making faces and ugly comments in Spanish when I asked to put more of one of the flavors of donuts. I was very specific since I ordered of what I wanted. No customer service, no smiles, just their rudeness !

I when to the drive thru to by a ice latte and i been on the line for 6 min, the attendant was talking with a under cover police that was in front of me like they was in a party, the attendant was looking at me like no one was there. Really bad customer service.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Super slow and every time I try to order one of their new specialty coffees they never know how to make it. I ordered the new spiced cookie iced coffee that was advertised all over their store. The girl has no idea what it was and asked the manager. They then gave me a brown sugar iced coffee. I go this isn’t what I ordered. The manager told her it had pumpkin in it. She comes out and tells me it’s pumpkin. I try it and it’s a straight pumpkin spice iced coffee. No cookie swirl. By this time I’m over it. She tried arguing about it and I said I’m going to Starbucks. Learn your menu. Do better.
