This is a really nice Dunkin' location! It has a spacious layout and a great atmosphere whether you want to sit and chat with someone or bring your laptop to get some work done.
There was a minor mix-up with my mobile order at first, but the staff corrected it immediately with absolutely no issues or attitude. They were super accommodating and fixed it right away. Overall, it's a solid, clean spot with helpful service and plenty of seating. I'll definitely be back!
Love DD. But the employees are so loud talking amongst themselves i actually had trouble making myself heard to my friends sitting with me. Also, the bathroom is dirty, and it's not busy in the store, so no excuse for that.

However, some customers have reported long wait times at the front counter, with a single cashier and one employee mopping the lobby, leading to frustration and slow service. Despite this, the drive-thru experience is reportedly smoother.
