Chick-fil-A in Davie

“Visited the drive thru yesterday with my dog as I had the awful news she has cancer and while only 8yrs old, only has 1 week to live. I am devasted but my dog always loved going to this drive thru. So yesterday was an emotional last drive thru for us. I cannot begin to tell you the amazing people at this store and what smiles they brought me (although while crying). Caitlin was taking my order and saw how distraught I was, she said some kinds words and asked to pet my dog. I haven’t seen her tail wag in weeks, but Caitlin gave my dog (and me) some much needed joy. At the pick up, Edgar noticed my dog and even brought her a few doggie treats. This caused me to lose it and I thanked him tremendously. These two deserve special recognition for bringing some joy to a person who is in agony right now. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.“

“The food was just ok, but this location was very clean and the service was great. Justin is extraordinary and it’s just a matter of time before some other hospitality guru steals him, that might be me. He is lead by example. His manager, Elroy, is a customer service focused gentleman with exceptional leadership skills… might have to steal him too. I live for great hospitality moments.“

“me and my sister come sometimes after work and we really love it ☺️the employees are always super super nice, the tables have fresh flowers on them !! our food comes out really quickly even when they have a lot of cars or people inside, which really speaks to their efficiency. today our cashier was david and he was super nice. thank you guys !!“
