Chick-fil-A in Boca Raton

“Had a great meal! Joey, who works at Chick Fil A, made this a truly exceptional experience. He greeted me when I walked in, provided purell wipes and mints before the meal, brought us our food and all the condiments, utensils and napkins we needed. During the meal, he made sure our drinks were always refilled and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always cleaner when Joey is here managing things. I would specifically come back to this Chick Fil A, despite living closer to another location, because of Joey!“

“This place was the hit in Boca, there were lines of cars at all the stores so we had to try it.
It's nothing out of this world but the chicken was really very tasty, I tried the fried chicken sandwich and my friend tried the grilled chicken.“

“I love to give credit where credit is due! ❤ I dined in at this location today with my son, and every single staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely nice. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. Even the manager was so kind and personable! Location was clean and has such hard workers!

It’s not often that you come across an entire team that is this friendly, and I just wanted to take a moment to recognize them. Great job to the entire staff… you all deserve the credit! 👏🏼“

“Visited this location while shopping and our lovely cashier was a young Lady named Sara, who was in training, she served us with excellent customer service and anyone who treats my children with kindness deserves to be praised. She listened to my children as they ordered and did not rush them or looked impatient. She even chatted with them for a brief moment, and provided them with recommendations. Thank you Sara.“
