I recently had an issue at Chick-fil-A for the first time ever, and Josiah handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Every time I come in and have an interaction with him, he is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional.
He is always smiling, clean, well-groomed, and makes you feel like he genuinely enjoys helping people. He has that true Chick-fil-A spirit, always saying “my pleasure” and treating customers with respect. Great customer service starts with great leadership, and Josiah is clearly a great manager. He deserves recognition for the way he represents Chick-fil-A and takes care of the customers. Five stars, without a doubt!“
“The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the fry portions. It seems like when you order a large fry, you get what should be a medium, and the same goes for the other sizes. Other than that, everything is great!“
