I recently had an issue at Chick-fil-A for the first time ever, and Josiah handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If you do the drive-through just be sure you check your food. Was given the someone else’s food, but didn’t realize until we got home 25 mins later.

Food quality and staff friendliness is great, however my drive thru order has been shorted a main entree twice in the last 6 mos. Make sure you go thru your bag before you drive away.
