I felt so terrible for the guy making the pizzas. He was all by himself on a very busy day and clearly overwhelmed. He was nice and gave me and another customer a free appetizer. He was soo kind and hardworking that I gave the service score a perfect. However, It seams that this is a common experience amongst the reviews.
