Chick-fil-A in Plantation

“I love how friendly everyone is & attentive!!
Shouting out Nando, Aija, Medean (cleaned my table before I got on it), Ani too!!!

I wanted to try something new & they recommended the new spicy chicken ranch sandwich & I loved it!! I added barbecue cuz I love hot & tangy. Fries are always my fav with strawberry shake with cherry on top.
Also reason why I love it here!!:
I have before asked for no bun & just lettuce as a bun & they are always happy to help meet my diet needs. Took my vegan friend here & they also helped her see what she’ll like too!!

There are improvements that can be made like
Plastic straws be paper straws, the cups & utensils, no plastic or styrofoam when people are dinning in (you can save money by just reusing cups by just washing them).“

But I definitely wanted to give a big shout to Ty. Her energy anytime I come is unmatched she greets me with such joy and the way she handles guests you would think she runs the show! Always recognized/appreciated. I did want to bring to the company attention that you have some employees who lack customer service another young lady headed me my food and I asked for just more sauce and she gave me the most disgrace look as if she was irritated by my asking! Which is very unprofessional and unfortunate knowing I spend my money here all the time.“
