“I am a regular customer here and this chic fil a is very good. I do have a couple of issues with the preparation of the food, which include:
cheese not being same temperature as the rest of the sandwich or biscuit (happens in the morning)
Cheese not being aligned in the center of the sandwich (regular issue)
The fries sometimes dont have any salt (this usually happens past 6 pm)
Sometimes, when I come late at night, the tables are dirty.“
“I stopped by this Chick-fil-A while in the area and had an exceptional experience thanks to Rupert. Although I ordered carryout, I chose to dine in—and I’m so glad I did. Rupert went above and beyond, checking on me personally and making sure I had everything I needed.
What stood out even more was that he was actively mopping the floors while still ensuring every guest was taken care of. Despite being busy, he remained attentive, kind, and quick to assist. When I asked for extra sauce and a few additional items, he delivered them promptly without hesitation.
