Food was excellent, the atmosphere was great.
Padrino's is one of our "must go to" restaurants, when we're visiting Ft. Lauderdale. Consistently great food & service!
The waiter seemed to rush us from the moment we sat down. Didn’t answer questions, kind of hurried us to order, didn’t take time to listen. He would have gotten a MUCH bigger tip if he had let us linger more and didn’t insist on taking our drink and food order all at once and so soon after we sat down. I really felt rushed and so did everyone else in my party of 10. Like i said, we would have tipped more AND ordered more drinks had we not been basically pushed...read full review

Padrino’s Cuban Restaurant offers authentic Cuban food with beautiful flavors, phenomenal service, and an upscale ambiance. The portions could be larger for the prices, but the quality of the food is top-notch and delicious. Dishes like ceviche and blackened mahi are outstanding, and the Classic Cuban sandwich and steak with chimichuri are amazing. The food is fresh to order. The staff is attentive, helpful, and professional. It is a lovely place with several murals for selfie moments. Visitors often enjoy the Cuban sides like mixed rice and beans, yucca, and plantains, which are flavorful and filling without feeling heavy. Overall, Padrino’s is a wonderful place to enjoy the best Cuban cuisine and drinks, with a variety of flavorful dishes to choose from.
