“This location is the only Best! Pollo tropical. Theres no other and I eat pollo tropical everyweek and by far the best. Consistency they mantain same chicken flavor and freshess and wellcooked. “One of the best freshest fastest meals.i have ever had and the most bang for thr buck as well in the world. I had a bowl eith rice veggies grilled chicken guacamole and they gave excellent sauces on the side loved the garlic sauce all for $11 something dollars!“

“Had a small mix-up with my Hot & Spicy wings (got sauce instead of dry). I called right away, came back, and Malik took care of everything without hesitation. Not only did he remake the wings exactly how I wanted, but he also threw in fries and a drink for the inconvenience. That’s excellent customer service — quick, respectful, and above & beyond. Shoutout to Malik for turning a mistake into a great experience.“
