“I had a really good experience at Chick-fil-A. The food came out hot and fresh, and the chicken sandwich tasted great like it usually does. The waffle fries were crispy and the lemonade was refreshing. The staff was friendly. and the service was pretty quick even though it was busy.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the drive-thru line tookk a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was solid and I’d definitely come back again.“

“Normally, I don’t post reviews, BUT tonight’s dining experience definitely called for one. My husband and I decided to dine in with our little one, and Calvin truly made the experience nothing short of amazing. He was so incredibly kind and not only made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed, but he also went above and beyond to make sure that our son was well taken care of on several occasions. We’ve been to this location as well as a couple of others several times, but after tonight’s experience, we will definitely be coming back to this particular location every single time. The food is great, but the service that is provided each time truly makes this place the absolute best! Huge thanks to Calvin for taking such great care of us not only tonight but each visit.“

“I had the burger and fries just as an intro to this place and it was delicious. This might be the best burger combo you can get at this price. Just a good simple burger done right. As for the fries, I typically don't like crinkle fries because they're usually soft. These were fried to perfection and VERY seasoned. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu?“

The manager (Jen) greeted me at the counter while asking for additional condiments which she provided. She also said that if I needed any other assistance that she would be happy to help. “I wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service I received at the Chick-fil-A in Coral Springs, especially from an employee named Amadeo.

Amadeo is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long time. He greets everyone warmly, walks around the dining area making sure customers are taken care of, and truly pays attention to people.

Tonight, my order had been forgotten, and without his help I probably wouldn’t have received it. He noticed the issue and went out of his way to check on it and make sure everything was resolved.

What impressed me even more is that this wasn’t the first time he showed that level of care. A while ago I came in feeling extremely sick and was standing because I felt so unwell. Amadeo noticed immediately and kindly brought me a chair so I could sit down. I’ve never forgotten that moment.

Employees like Amadeo make a place feel welcoming and human. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly deserve recognition. Thank you, Amadeo, for taking such good care of people.“

“I go here often for their delicious chicken salad sandwiches…such a nice healthy change from typical fast food. Nothing but great experiences here, and the rewards program is excellent. Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Sometimes I will take a container of chicken salad home so I can enjoy it at my convenience. Btw, just tried the broccoli salad as a side…my new favorite, and I usually don’t even like broccoli! From the moment I walked in, I noticed something that usually bothers me at many places in the U.S. that typical smell. But here? Absolutely none. No oil smell, no unpleasant odor at all. Everything felt incredibly fresh and clean. The tables, floors, even the windows were spotless. It created an amazing first impression.

Ordering was super quick, and the cashier was genuinely friendly and welcoming. There was a long line of cars at the drive-thru (it was very busy), yet every employee outside was still smiling and attentive. I could see them while sitting inside.

I placed my order, sat down, and before I could even take my bag off my shoulder… my food arrived. Honestly, I don’t think even 5G is this fast 😂

And the food? Everything (literally everything) was fresh. The fries and chicken were cooked perfectly.
