Mel was amazing !! She did everything perfect and I loved her service!!
Usually when I go to other PDQ’s I feel like the service members are lacking enthusiasm and politeness, however, I picked up an order Sunday (9/8) and Jackson took my order. Super polite, extremely respectful, and knowledgeable about all the menu items when I asked him about some of the meal deal options. He was super efficient and gave me a good experience, completely different from the ones I’ve had from past locations. Young man should be in a management role.

PDQ is a great place for fresh and tasty food. The service is fast, efficient, and excellent, with friendly staff who are always smiling and welcoming. The restaurant is super clean, including the restrooms. The food is awesome, fresh, and delicious. Popular choices include the reese’s milkshake. The managers are always pleasant and professional, providing outstanding service. Prices are fair, and the quality and flavor make it worth it. The vibes are great, and customers receive good service even during a busy lunch rush. A must try for a quick snack or food.
