“Hooks has fast and friendly service at the counter. Food is cooked to order, everything comes out fresh, crispy and tasty. Been coming for a while long time and the quality has never wavered. Rio normally cooking is such a nice person, always remembers you and greets you when you come in. Go try them out!“

“So today I went into the Deerfield Beach Chick-fil-A and I'm wondering if there's new management there. They're just a number of things that stood out to me today and I've been in there a lot before. Every time the door opened and we walked in someone behind the counter said welcome in. It was a very cheerful greeting and just spoke of customer service. The food order came very quickly. Not that Chick-fil-A is slow, but this one has been slower than usual in our experience. It's not one of our favorites but then when I was leaving the restaurant, the young guy that was on the floor keeping things clean open the door for me I said thank you so much and he said my pleasure. Somethings changed at this Deerfield Beach Chick-fil-A. I guess we'll have to see if it keeps going but for now five star review for you.“

“I come here for my lunch breaks all the time usually drive thru but today I decided to dine in. Rodrigo took my order inside and was extremely nice and helpful. Great customer service! I saw him cleaning the dining area making sure the restaurant is in top shape. I will continue dining in now after today's experience! Plus the food is always fresh“

“Located in the Deer Creek plaza, this KFC was large and clean with plenty of table seating for customers. Drive-thru is available. KFC's menu offers a variety of chicken meals in either original recipe, extra crispy, grilled, or hot & spicy. There's also sandwiches, combos, tenders & nuggets, sides, dessert, daily specials, and much more at reasonable prices.

I was greeted by a female employee who took my order for a 2pc chicken deal which came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I did not want a chicken thigh, so I asked to have two drumsticks instead. My order was prepared quickly.

There was nothing to complain about. The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside. Creamy mashed potatoes was covered in a tasty gravy, and the biscuit was hot, soft, and flaky. Although I'm not a big fan of fried chicken, I would not mind coming around occasionally for a chicken fix.“

“I love this store. Food is exceptional. Service is always wonderful. These people truly work together as a team. Manager is always on point leading the staff and everybody does their part like a well oiled machine. The cooks are communicative to each other so food quality is always excellent. Desserts are the only thing that needs improvement. They have a rewards program and prices are good, portions are perfect. Makes me sad to see all the Uber Eats deals for this place because it is just as cheap and sometimes cheaper if you pick it up to order from the store and you get the rewards. The store loses money with Uber Eats orders. They dont need Uber Eats. They can run that deal in-house. Uber Eats is a money grabbing business ruiner. Greedy bastards. This store deserves better. Will always come here and show love and no more Uber Eats since I did a pick up and saw everything. Come visit!! You wont regret it.“

“First time visiting this place, and I was in a hurry, so I ordered some chicken wings and fries. The soy garlic sauce was perfect, and everything was cooked to order, so I was happy to wait a few minutes. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!“

“This has to be the best fried chicken in the area. I’ve seen the kitchen and it’s kept well. I’ve seen them preparing chicken cutlets and they look fresh and delicious. Staff is very cool. Never ever have I been disappointed with this restaurant. I actually feel bad I didn’t tip better sometimes.“

“Went to eat out after a job interview and as soon as I saw it was Peruvian cuisine, I was very excited to try the food out. I had a cafe con leche and a chaufa Cabaña 28 and steak, it was marvelous to say the least. Flavors were spectacular and the food was cooked perfectly, can’t recommend this place enough..“

“There are so many chicken places these days. I went based on a recommendation to try it. Not impressed. Food was ok but not worth bragging about. Blue cheese dip they serve is not that good. I need a good blue cheese dip for my buffalo tenders. No celery or carrots. I do like that they have an app with rewards. Going back for the intro BOGO deal but after that probably not going back (we'll see how the 2nd visit goes).“

The place is clean, full kitchen view.
The prices are right.
The sauces are balance and the serving generous.
You must try this place at least once.
I've had and honestly, it is one of my favorite oriental places to eat well.

We had dinner at La Brasa Grill in Coral Springs this past Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, but what really made our evening stand out was the service we received from Vivi.

She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our lunch. She made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of us from the moment we sat down until we finished our meal. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Vivi definitely made ours memorable.

It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about making sure her customers have a great experience. Vivi is an excellent representative of La Brasa Grill and absolutely deserves recognition for the quality of her service.

We had a great evening and will definitely be coming back. If you visit the Coral Springs location, ask for Vivi — you’ll be in great hands!“

“We stopped here with my toddlers after a plane ride and before we headed to funeral. We were all tired and hungry. The food was delicious, but the service was exceptional. My 2 year old was having a hard time - in need of a nap and melting down. She was screaming very loudly. Instead of being annoyed or rude about it, the young lady (Selena) working there came over to help, talked to my other child, told me she understood and helped me pack up our food as I was trying to get us out the door. She was so lovely and understanding. 10/10 would come here again!“

“We asked for two 3 piece Big Box Meals with two breasts and a wing and instead we got thighs and drumsticks. Really upsetting to open the sealed bag to the something you don’t eat and did not ordered or paid for. We order to thus specific restaurant often so I Don’t know what we will do after this. Very dissapointed.“

“Typical fast food spacious KFC location friendly staff seems like the quality inn size of the chickens are not what they used to be but this location was pretty good compared to others I've been to lately. I really don't know why I only want the chicken and I have to pay more for it I don't want this side I don't want the drink I don't want the meal. Don't know why they have a la carte pricing... I know it's a business. But .... Come on $8 for two pieces of chicken.“

“This was my first time going to this location. The place was incredibly clean and the staff were so professional bringing food to our table, which I had not expected. They were so helpful and couldn't do enough.

It started to rain very heavily and I noticed an employee with an umbrella walking people to their cars with their bags of food so they wouldn't get wet. That is what you call EXCELLENT customer service!!!

“I work next door to this location and had to go over and right some wrongs that were done to mine and my coworkers meals. The manager on duty, (I do not know her name, unfortunately) on 4/11 was so quick, cordial, and kind. She obviously knows what great customer service looks like!“
