The food is good for it being considered a fast food restaurant.
We’ve been coming to La Brasa Coral Springs for several years, and it has become one of our family’s favorite places to eat. We often stop by after church on Sundays, but we’ve mostly used them for many catering orders ranging from 20 to 50 people for everything from casual family gatherings to more formal events and business lunches (is affordable and delicious for catering).

Based on the reviews, La Brasa Grill is an excellent spot for delicious, authentic food. The pollo a la brasa is the real deal, and the garlic potatoes and cilantro rice go well. The plaintains are tasty, and the little chocolate Nutella desserts are yummy. While some dishes are very delicious, a meat steak with a salad for 24 dollars and the difference in cost for a green tallarin with a steak for 17 dollars is a misunderstood one and the high cost in one cannot be. The chicken stir fry is good, and the food is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, it seems they added too much salt to the chicken and dishes. The service is friendly and efficient, and the entire establishment is very clean and well maintained. It is a great place to stop for a quick meal that still tastes homemade.
