The best restaurant to eat a Carapulcra, CauCau or Ceviche. In addition, their desserts such as the Crocante de Lucuma and their Lucuma or Cherimoya Ice Cream are a finishing touch to a wonderful meal.
So far one of the better Peruvian pollo a la brasa. For those in the reviews that say the cilantro sauce is spicy lol it’s because it’s not cilantro sauce it’s ají verde also known in Peru as salsa Huacatay. It’s supposed to be spicy and it’s delicious. Authentic Peruvian has spicy sauces and dishes due to their various peppers however, with the American market most dishes are made without the spiciness.
