It was one of those rainy days where I ordered delivery from La Brasa. I was craving their pescado a lo macho. I was immediately disappointed when I received my delivery as all of the sauce ended up at the bottom of the plastic bag. Not sure if La Brasa have their own delivery staff or outsource but please improve this service because I couldn’t properly enjoy my meal.

The best restaurant to eat a Carapulcra, CauCau or Ceviche. In addition, their desserts such as the Crocante de Lucuma and their Lucuma or Cherimoya Ice Cream are a finishing touch to a wonderful meal.

The chicken tasted like a white person cooked it (I’m white so I can say that?.) the beans had no flavor. I ordered the chicken well done, and it looked like it was microwaved. If you want the real flavor and lower prices go to the North Lauderdale location.

I’ve come here a lot. But on a Monday evening this is probably the slowest service I’ve ever seen from them. I ordered a quarter chicken and a half combo. Both look like quarter. The chicken was undercooked because they were rushing orders. I ordered it on ubereats at 6:05 with an estimated time of 6:18 it would be ready. I received my food at 6:57. Waiting is not a problem if the food is up to par. I literally just put the chicken in the oven to cook it.

So far one of the better Peruvian pollo a la brasa. For those in the reviews that say the cilantro sauce is spicy lol it’s because it’s not cilantro sauce it’s ají verde also known in Peru as salsa Huacatay. It’s supposed to be spicy and it’s delicious. Authentic Peruvian has spicy sauces and dishes due to their various peppers however, with the American market most dishes are made without the spiciness. If you don’t like spicy I recommend the lighter green sauce.I do see some inefficiencies with the line to order food to dine in and it’s the same line for order pickups and can take a long time. I recommend they have separate lines. Otherwise no complaints. ?

I can never get a number dark meat. It does not matter what time or day. I can understand weekends but not all the time. Also I see other customers get the number 2 dark with no issue. If they were not choosy on who can get the food they willing to pay for. It would be a five
I woke up wanting to eat grilled chicken and that's how I found this place, it's 40 minutes from my house. The chicken, the meat and the pork were very delicious. We ordered very few fries, so I ordered tostones, they were very hard, I ordered the Girl, please don't change them. She told me that since I tried one, maybe they weren't going to change it (I have to try it to know if it's good). She got upset. I didn't like her attitude and her look. I still asked her to change it. They made the change. but this lady's manner is very bad...they were stung, it's very rich
