very rude Poor customer service
Poor customer service from the "manager", Michelle. The cashier said she would accept our coupons and apparently was wrong but instead of honoring what the cashier told us, the manager openly chastised the young lady and decided not to honor us, the customers. Then refused to respond to my question of who her supervisor was. Mind you I never said a mean word or used foul language. She was rude and disrespectful to customers.
