“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

This is the best place for a family meal! We really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the high-quality food. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are always a hit with the kids, and everything tastes so fresh. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need with a smile. It is rare to find a fast-food restaurant that is so consistently clean and welcoming. We always leave with a positive feeling and a full stomach. “First time at PDQ. Used drive thru where the young lady was sweet and helpful with my order. Then to pick up window where 2 young ladies were just as friendly asking what else i needed. It was nice to see them working so well together and pleasant and helpful too. Had the Chicken deluxe meals w/waffle fries. Delicious! Good portions too. Definitely recommend and will go back“

“I love chicken. That being said I saw byrds and it totally caught my attention. Ordered the byrd bomb, some tenders, fried pickles and some Mac & cheese. The Byrd bomb was addicting! Soooo good. That’s a must. The tenders, crispy and delicious. 24k sauce is so awesome. I highly recommend this place. If you haven’t had the chance to try it yet, GO RIGHT NOW!“
“The good: Quick service and the fried chicken was very flavorful. The plantains and rice was cooked well too.
The bad: The family side portions seem small to feed a family of 3-4. I wanted to try to grilled chicken but they no longer had that available.
The review: I recently visited an Pollo Campero El Salvador and was in
intrigued to find out we had one in the states as well. The chicken carried the same taste as well as the fountain drink options from the county. I would come back, as they offer a different flavor to the chicken I have yet to get anywhere else.“

“The food is amazing here it taste so good and it’s little things the restaurant needs . We eat here yesterday and I must say it was super hot . The food and the guys that work here are also respectful and make u laugh. I feel like a quick upgrade inside to make it look more better to where people will admire it more and doesn’t look too old inside. It was very hot inside it needs to fixed immediately the employees was sweating bad and that’s not fair to them the heat outside doesn’t make it better and who ever the owner needs he needs to do better for them.“

“This Pollo location is my favorite. The employees are always so fabulously friendly. They cater to your every need. No order or customization is too far fetched, or unattainable. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS IN STOCK OF ALL SAUCES! The chicken is juicy and tastes like it was made fresh just for me. I go at least twice a month. Thank you to the management and team!“

“We went in on a Saturday Prepared to see it, fully packed and chaotic. For sure, they were busy, but restaurant was clean and customer service was great. Who I assume was the manager was great came to the table asked us how we were doing interacted with my son who had a game that day, that’s what community is all about. Food was great as well! Thank you Jhene!“
