“We went in on a Saturday Prepared to see it, fully packed and chaotic. For sure, they were busy, but restaurant was clean and customer service was great. Who I assume was the manager was great came to the table asked us how we were doing interacted with my son who had a game that day, that’s what community is all about. Food was great as well! “We came in for dinner and I am so glad that I finally came here. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing. I had the chicken tenders which were absolutely phenomenal tasted great and I had the buffalo blue and the creamy garlic sauce, which was great as well. The waffle fries were awesome and the garlic toast was awesome as well. The Reese shake was great and the price was definitely right. I wish that we had one of these close by me, but I’m glad that I came here on a business trip.“

“Chicken sandwich: great (no heat) breading flavor and crispiness, good sized moist chicken breast, nice brioche bun, good slaw and homemade pickles were different but hard to describe with only 4 slices to go on. Chicken wings and waffle: great ("hot" heat) breading flavor and crispiness. I like hot, but not the hottest level at most places usually and this was mild enough that I will step it up next time. The wings were on the medium size at best. At first the waffle seemed it was going to be lame since it was hard to cut as it would stretch like an already syrup coated waffle that was reheated in the microwave. But it surprised us with a fried dough flavor and texture that was different, but really enjoyable. Mac was average, will try other sides in the future.“

“This is the first time I’ve ever left a review for a fast food restaurant, but wow! The service here was absolutely incredible. Dennis, Andre, and Isaiah were genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to make us feel valued, and their hospitality was exceptional. It honestly didn’t feel like we were at a fast food restaurant, it felt like we were dining at a sit-down restaurant with outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!“

“Went there for brunch with my friends and it was such a great experience, it was four of us and the food was really good, and it came out very quickly !!! Frances accommodated us and took our order, she was very sweet to us and patient. It was a pleasure coming here and us 4 unanimously agreed we’d come back for sure!“

“The food is amazing here it taste so good and it’s little things the restaurant needs . We eat here yesterday and I must say it was super hot . The food and the guys that work here are also respectful and make u laugh. I feel like a quick upgrade inside to make it look more better to where people will admire it more and doesn’t look too old inside. It was very hot inside it needs to fixed immediately the employees was sweating bad and that’s not fair to them the heat outside doesn’t make it better and who ever the owner needs he needs to do better for them.“

“I had a very pleasant experience at Pembroke Lakes Mall thanks to a young man working at one of the fast food restaurants. He was polite, kind, and had an excellent attitude. Always with a bright smile that gave off great energy. Honestly, it’s rare to find such good service in fast food places, so I felt it deserved to be recognized. 10/10! When things are done well, they should be acknowledged. 👏🏼“
