Pollo Campero is almost perfect, almost every time. I don't know what happened to them this last time at the Pembroke Pines location. I ordered for pickup and arrived early, but they already had my bag sitting there before the promised time, and it was cold. I asked for freshly made, hot food; instead, they packed my family meal into a single box with all the chicken pieces compressed and suffocated, and they were still cold when I checked them in my car.
