I stopped by Pollo Tropical for a quick meal. Everything smelled so good, the place was clean everyone was very friendly. The food tasted very good and the pumpkin spice cheesecake was excellent. Thanks everyone ?? keep up the excellent work!

I’m so disappointed at this location. Did an online order went in to get it. No one even checked to see whose food I was grabbing. I asked for white/cilantro sauce 3 times and got ignore. I made eye contact and asked so I’m sure they heard me. This big guy came and asked and I was like get me some too.
