The service was horrible, a boy named Antuan served us and he didn't even want to give us any sauce, he threw the food at us and the beans were almost thrown away, very bad attitude, they shouldn't hire people like that in these places

The postes menu's letters are to small for an-elderly person to see. With a name like POLLO TROPICAL the counter's help should at least speak spanish.

I’m so disappointed at this location. Did an online order went in to get it. No one even checked to see whose food I was grabbing. I asked for white/cilantro sauce 3 times and got ignore. I made eye contact and asked so I’m sure they heard me. This big guy came and asked and I was like get me some too. After all that trouble trying to get white sauce I came home and tasted it, and it was disgusting. I don’t know how to describe it but it tasted weird I couldn’t stand the taste. Before I would lick the container lid because it was so good. They are definitely making the sauce differently. Honestly I was disappointed in all the food. The chicken doesn’t even taste as flavorful as it used to and the black beans need salt. Plus my dad bought a chicken soup from them last week and had an upset stomach after. Please hire more workers maybe that will help improve this location.

The food at Pollo Tropical is certainly better than most fast food out there. As what they serve is more of a solid meal and not burgers and French fries. Their most popular options are the family meals with rice, beans, and whole chicken. They offer sandwiches, salads, rice bowls, soup, and much more. Great variety and healthier than what you’ll eat in a typical fast food restaurant that’s for sure. Since it does fall technically under that fast food chain category you’ll likely see the long lines and busy atmosphere of a usual fast food restaurant. But besides that its pretty goodVegetarian options: They offer plenty of options for vegetarians. Such as salads, rice and beans, customizable tropichop bowls, etcParking: Plenty of parking around the pollo tropical. Even when it’s busy there is still space for parking
