I experienced some disappointment during my recent visit to Wendy's. It was around 8:30 pm, and I had no trouble going through the drive-thru quickly without any wait time. I provided my order to the attendant and then had to wait for approximately 10 minutes to receive a chicken sandwich.Despite clearly specifying that I wanted a regular chicken sandwich and specifically requesting no spice, I ended up receiving a spicy chicken sandwich instead.
