“Today was my first time trying this restaurant. Upon entry, the restaurant was clean and the staff were pleasant. I order the roasted chicken with plantains. A+. The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. It was so good I had to express to the staff how pleased I was. I will definitely come back again.“

“The chicken wings and drums were amazing. I had the garlic soy and i absolutely loved the taste. The drums and wings i give a 10/10. My partner had the chicken tenders and unfortunately were not as crispy as the other two. I had fries with my meal and sadly the fries were horrible. They were fried too long and were burnt. The fries i give a 2/10. As for the price i cant believe how EXPENSIVE this place is. Its crazy expensive. My partner and i sat for lunch. We bought two meals and it was $60!!! Ill prolly go here once or twice a year because for $60 i didnt feel the value. Its good chicken but $60 for two lunches? Ill pass.“

“This pollo tropical is great. I don’t know who they got working in the kitchen but they need to make sure they do not fire them or give them a hard time lol. That food be season GREAT. “My husband and I stopped by for an afternoon date, and wow! the quality of the chicken is incredible! I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were perfectly juicy. The breading was light and flavorful, not overly heavy like at many other restaurants.

I tried the Hot Honey Garlic sauce with my tenders, and now I wish I could take home a whole bottle! The waffle fries were crispy, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.

My husband ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which came with a delicious honey mustard sauce that was absolutely amazing.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely be coming back with the kids so we can try the chicken wings!“
