This young lady that works in the drive thru around 9ish night . Had the audacity to tell me it is my responsibility to have change for 100 dollar bill . Later after back and forth . She finally went and got the change . Mind you , I been coming to this location for the last 60 days straight . No longer coming .
Took my people from the church here from the first time and they really enjoyed the food at Pollo Tropical.They want to go back when we visit Florida again. This restaurant was clean and they were very friendly. Good Job, because I haven't eaten at "Pollo" in years. You all stepped it up even more since I originally had it.

This restaurant has always been great!The food quality has always been excellent in taste and serving, the entree quality are always over the price and you can ask all the dips you want.I've tried this restaurant in several cities and always the quality is good.The clientele is not targeted to be the super fancy type as the fast food is.
