Pollo Tropical is a restaurant that serves fresh food. The chicken is not dry, and the plantains are fresh and not overcooked. The areas are clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The store managers take great care of customers, ensuring they have fresh food, plates, utensils, and sauces. Customers often praise the quick and efficient service, noting that orders are correct and food is prepared fresh with just the right amount of seasoning. Staff members display excellent attitudes, treating customers with dignity and respect, and some managers are recognized for their exceptional customer service. However, there are some complaints about the noise from heavy chairs and the new way sauces are served, which some find less appealing. Parking and wheelchair accessibility are very easy, making it a convenient location for everyone. Overall, this Pollo Tropical location is a great choice for a tasty and satisfying meal, despite some minor issues with condiment orders.
