This location as well as the location in Hallandale Fl. are poorly managed. They basically have young kids running these locations who really only care about making enough money to buy a new pair of running shoes or cell phone. I've been going to both locations for years and little by little they have been slipping badly in terms of cleaning and customer service. The food is not bad but used to be better. Terrible service, They act like they hate their job, Also, They use old and dried out chicken for their wraps, Very disappointing, they used to be good, they cook way too much and it sits in the warmer for hours and dries out. I tried to gave them the benefit of the doubt and try then 3 times over 2 months. I would give zero stars if it was an option. The staff could care less about helping anyone. The orders were coming out with all kinds of errors and no one was at the counter to address the issues. I just wanted to cancel my order and get the hell out of that place. When we asked them about fixing the many issues with our order the response was "we don't have onions" hahaha.
