The store manager Arisleidy and the Dominican store manager “Victor” takes great care of us whenever we come. They both have great people skills, multitasker, taking drive-through orders, cooking and taking care of us inside of the store. I have no idea how they do it but they do it. They make sure that we have fresh food, plates, utensils, and sauces to take home. I totally recommend this Pollo Tropical at this location.

This young lady that works in the drive thru around 9ish night . Had the audacity to tell me it is my responsibility to have change for 100 dollar bill . Later after back and forth . She finally went and got the change . Mind you , I been coming to this location for the last 60 days straight . No longer coming .

Took my people from the church here from the first time and they really enjoyed the food at Pollo Tropical.They want to go back when we visit Florida again. This restaurant was clean and they were very friendly. Good Job, because I haven't eaten at "Pollo" in years. You all stepped it up even more since I originally had it.
