Excellent attention, fast service, friendly staff, I recommend this place 100%.
Today, I was not feeling well and decided to have a chicken soup from Pollo Tropical store # 10056 in Miramar. I am very disappointed, because I found no chicken, not even one piece, in my soup. The soup should be called "vegetable soup", and not chicken soup. Prior to go to Pollo Tropical I checked their menu online, and I saw a delicious chicken soup with a chunk of chicken. 2 weeks ago I was there and after having to wait for my food, one of the servers responded by giving me the hand when asked where was my order when the person next to me who had ordered and was served within 5 minutes of being there. The manager quickly jumped up to stay her actions were not disrespectful. He tried to justify a language barrier was the issue which is hysterical because I am Spanish but I know holding my hand at someone's face is just disrespectful. Then today...read full review
