Hit or miss with this location. The problem that is clear is the young people working who dont want to be there. Their attitude and the way the food is prepared shows sometimes. Still better than most fast food places.

Got there at 10:45 and they supposedly close at 11:00pm. But they didn't answer at the drive up, and when I went up to the window they told me they were closed.. incredible. Had driver 20 min in a rush to make it in time and got let down.

They run out of chicken, at the drive thru they weren't prepared for taking Payment the register was not ready and this is at 5pm, had to wait for the cashier to get register ready then the tropichop had a scoop of beans had to ask for more. They need to up their game and do better by their customers. I love Pollo tropical but this one has pretty bad service

Today, I was not feeling well and decided to have a chicken soup from Pollo Tropical store # 10056 in Miramar. I am very disappointed, because I found no chicken, not even one piece, in my soup. The soup should be called "vegetable soup", and not chicken soup. Prior to go to Pollo Tropical I checked their menu online, and I saw a delicious chicken soup with a chunk of chicken. I classified this as false advertisement. I won't order chicken or any soup from Pollo Tropical. I normally don't write bad reviews, but they deserve this bad review.
I love the fact that I get military discounts and the food tastes like HOME.

This place always gets my order right, and they are fast. The bowls are always filled, and the service is friendly. I recommend getting double meat, and this location is generous about it. Best PT in South Florida area in terms of service, accuracy, and quality of food!

Update: Lately at the drive-through either we are not given a receipt or when I ask for one, given someone else’s. This prevents us from applying the purchase/points to our rewards balance. Our last drive-through visit was on a Friday night between 7-8 PM and it wasn’t that busy, so I don’t understand why consistent mistakes with receipts when everything else related to the food was fine.We usually go through the drive thru and considering the long lines, the wait is not too bad. Usually they get the order correct and the employees have a friendly helpful attitude. The chicken is always well seasoned and the flan and cuatro leches are very good.
