Pollo Tropical serves good food, but inconsistent experiences have led to disappointment. Orders can be placed through the mobile app, drive-thru, or delivery. However, some customers have reported unpleasant experiences, including small portion sizes, such as the cheesy yuca bites, and poor desserts, like the tres leches cake. On the other hand, the restaurant's emptiness can make for a pleasant dining experience. The staff, particularly Ariel, have been known to provide excellent and friendly service, making up for some of the restaurant's shortcomings.
