It’s been a while that I came here. The food still good. This restaurant specially is empty which is more pleasant to dine in. They should fix the lateral door. It slams every time someone goes in and out.

Ariel is the BEST! I love Pollo Tropical, but we all know how challenging service can be on fast food. But this location has a fantastic and well energetic employee, Ariel! The good: Arriel was simply wonderful. Very sweet lady taking our order & answering questionsThe food: compared to 3 years ago it was poor, compared to 15 years ago it was god awful. What have they done with their recipes? Where in the-love-of-god is the balsamic tomatoes?? I threw all of my food out. Thats is not an employee fault, that is corporate fault. Why change your recipes? What's happening in your test kitchens? Seriously do better corporate!!
