Extremely slow service on 11/30. When called store about a promo code that I was given (due to slow service) because it was invalid and showing expired online even though card showed valid dates as 12/9/22-1/4/23 the manager refused to speak w me and I was told to call corporate by the team member that answered the phone. Cory the manager was so wonderful, there was some slight confusion with my order and he made sure everything was straightened out, he handle everything like a great manager should. Customer service skills is superb.

When someone orders gluten free, there's usually a reason. This store sent a small regular pizza out to me because they ran out of gluten free. My husband returned it and the people at the store said their policy is to send a regular pizza if they run out, no call to ask if I want something else or if I want to cancel it, just sent me a regular pizza that could have made me VERY SICK!
