Papa John’s pizza never disappoints. But the reason I’m leaving a review is bc of the service. The staff was amazing and friendly. Looking forward to going back.

Papa Johns Pizza offers delivery with good pizza but sometimes lacks toppings and accuracy in orders. Despite friendly service, there have been issues with gluten-free orders, with one customer receiving a regular pizza instead. The manager handled a confused order well, showing superb customer service skills. While the pizza quality is good, the restaurant needs to work on ensuring orders are accurate and complete, as in one instance, only one soda was delivered instead of two.
