This is my first order I ever placed with papa john's.Ordered at 6:10 PM received a delivery time between 6:55 and.7:05 PM.At 7:19 PM, receive text that my order is on its way from a store 2.2 miles from my home.7:56 PM, Order has not arrived, so maybe they just decided to walk ait over instead of driving over.Called the manager who said "hey we're busy".I canceled the order, wasted two hours.This is outrageous and you will never hear from me again and you will never have my business.

Ordered a pizza for 7:30 p.m. never arrived. 8:15 p.m Had to drive to the store just to find my pizza sitting there for 45 minutes, asked nicely if they could fire another one and a kid with very aggressive and bad attitude refused to issue a refund and/or to make another one. Manager nowhere to be found, no wonder why the cashier treated me the way she did, manager seems to be non existent in there. -10/10 .

I placed an order and it took them 2 hours to deliver. When I called and ask they said the driver was on the way and it will take another 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager, when he the manager spoke to me he did not apologized and said they were not supposed to take my order bc it was out of their zone. I told him I had ordered from their location before with no problem and that if that was the case why the person who took my order did not say anything to me. He continue to say I should not have order from them. When I told him I was not going to, he said he did not care. And he was the manager his name Anthony.

They don't use gloves or any other things, place is dirty, I ordered large and get small. I am happy to come and pick-up so never order again...
When someone orders gluten free, there's usually a reason. This store sent a small regular pizza out to me because they ran out of gluten free. My husband returned it and the people at the store said their policy is to send a regular pizza if they run out, no call to ask if I want something else or if I want to cancel it, just sent me a regular pizza that could have made me VERY SICK! The box it was sent in.....still said "Gluten FREE"! Shame on Papa John's for allowing that to happen!****Update: they contacted me and said it was not their policy and they would address it with the people working last night. Hopefully they do...

Terrible! Phone workers are terrible. Delivery drivers are terrible! All terrible teens. Please get from another location, pizza was cold took 3 hours to deliver.

This place is really the worst & gives more disappointment than anywhere else that I’ve come across. I don’t expect them to be perfect because we all make mistakes sometimes.. but a customer shouldn’t CONTINUOUSLY be disappointed time & time again. 9 times out of 10 when I spend my money here, it’s money wasted. On 5/3 I ordered the new Doritos Cool Ranch Papadia & it was surprisingly satisfying. It wasn’t made exactly as I ordered it. I chose the option to build my own & chose Philly steak instead of chicken & when it came it had both chicken and steak which wasn’t that big of a deal for me because as I said, we’re all entitled to make a mistake. It was still good & I was happy with it. Here we are 4 days later 5/7 & I ordered another one. This one barely had any of the sauce inside & didn’t have a dipping cup of the sauce like it was supposed to. This one also didn’t have the seasoning on the outside like it’s supposed to so needless to say it was pretty dry & tasteless. I chose to try this mainly because when I order a pizza with light sauce, it shows up & looks like heavy sauce which I cannot eat & my toddler will not eat.. No matter what I order from here, the only thing I know I can count on is being disappointed. Little Ceasars is in the next plaza. They rarely disappoint & way cheaper.
