I started with the Elote corn, and let me just say, absolutely fantastic. Perfectly grilled, coated with just the right balance of seasoning and creaminess, it was bursting with flavor in every bite. Truly one of the best I’ve had! We also enjoyed a taco platter that came with chicken tacos, beans, rice, and corn. Each element was thoughtfully prepared and equally amazing. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the beans and rice were comforting and perfectly seasoned, and the corn tied everything together beautifully. On top of the great food, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can also send money to other countries and get pastries there but the food!!!!! I get the carne asada quesadilla with the corn tortillas . “The food truck is located in the Chevron gas station parking lot. This place can get really crowded. You can get authentic Mexican tacos here and good horchata too. They accept only cash and Zelle payment methods. The service can take a while just because this place can get crowded depending on the time of the day.We tried the barbacoa, al pastor, chorizo, pollo and asada tacos. Barbacoa was our favorite and the tortillas were really good too.“
