“I placed a large order a week ago with a scheduled pickup for 6/26. I was aware of the opening hours of this location and expected some delay. Nevertheless, I confirmed my order at 10:30am, and the staff member assured me they had received it and were working on it. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and informed that it would take a few more minutes to complete my order. I waited patiently while they handed me a few pizzas to load into my truck. During my wait, more customers came in, asking about their online orders. The woman who welcomed me conducted herself very professionally, even when other customers appeared unsettled. The team remained calm and focused, efficiently managing multiple orders. Although I didn't catch their names, I want to recognize their teamwork and composure under pressure. My only suggestion is that Papa Johns develops a more efficient process for large online orders to prevent service delays in the future.“
