If anyone is thinking of ordering from Papa John’s and using DoorDash forget about putting a tip before they deliver. Since sometimes they take close to an hour and they’re ice cold. I would simply put no tip, and if they show up on time, give them cash at the door.
Great service always. Staff are efficient and friendly.My pizzas are ALWAYS ready on time. We spent an hour+ waiting in the parking lot the other day for a pick up that we showed up to get. Never will go to any other place again!
