“I used the Papa Johns app to order pizzas and picked them up here. The pizzas were ready and I was ready to go when the employee behind the corner asked me if I would be happy with one of them. I looked and told him it would be fine. He then said he already started remaking it and it would be done in another 2 minutes. I thought that was nice. The remade pizza looked great and I thanked the guy and then he told me I could also take the imperfect one home too. Sweet. I got an extra pizza out of the minor mistake. I was delighted by effort to please the customer, me. Good job, Papa Johns!“
