“I ordered online ONLY because I had a 50% off coupon but when I placed the order it didn’t apply the coupon. When I chatted with online customer support they were no help but then when I called the store and spoke to either the manager or a team member (not sure who) they gave me a solution and I was able to cancel my original order and replace my order with the coupon. Being in the restaurant management business I can say this was great customer service. Thanks again!“
“I just want to say . Thank you Joe , postpartum has my brain running a mile a minute . I placed an order for the pepperoni pizza deal forgot the name but guess who forgets to add pepperoni 😭 had my husband go back up there to only find out it was in deed my fault . But Joe didn’t make a big deal about being accused lol I really appreciate it . I’m totally embarrassed but thank you for still making the correct pizza for us . It’s delicious .“
