“I ordered online ONLY because I had a 50% off coupon but when I placed the order it didn’t apply the coupon. When I chatted with online customer support they were no help but then when I called the store and spoke to either the manager or a team member (not sure who) they gave me a solution and I was able to cancel my original order and replace my order with the coupon. Being in the restaurant management business I can say this was great customer service. Thanks again!“
“✨First visit to this location… the lovely young lady at the register is very friendly and professional (yes, customer service matters and is a HUGE plus)! I had a bowl (keto) - toppings without the bread. It was super yummy! This pairs well with wings. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites for my daughter but guess who ate them ALL before getting home - lol! I have a new favorite menu item !!!“
