“Love Culver’s and we enjoyed eating there the other evening. My only request is that the gluten free buns not be heated. My gluten free bun, in its package, was hard, almost like a microwaved convenience store sandwich. I was only able to eat half of it. Was very tired and had to drive home so didn’t have time or energy to contact manager. Overall, great job and yummy food!“

“I went here last week and they messed up my order. I called and left a VM and didn't get a call back. I went today again through the drive thru and asked the girl why don't they answer the phone and she said they are too busy. I said how can a manager be too busy to care about the feedback from their customers. If it wasent for me and all the people who are behind me in like you wouldn't have a job to work at. We keep this place along with many others in buisness. We choose to come here, there are many places to choose from especially on SLW Blvd. My son and I both got cookies and he wouldn't eat his so I took it to save it and it was hard as a rock! The same girl I was speaking to said to the other girl at the window that she didn't care about the customer ahead of me because she was all Ghetto ( her words) . Kinda strange for a young black girl to say that about a well off white women in a newer car. Not sure I will return as a customer it might be time to find somewhere else who will not only make our orders correctly but will make customers a priority.“

He and his associates went out of their way to attend to me in such a polite manner, he was adept in answering all my questions with ease, and provided me with super friendly service. “5 stars is compared to other taco bell restaurants, cuz I'm sure we all know what taco bell is. If not, its fast foods version of Mexican food. Honestly really good if you don't go in expecting authentic Mexican cuisine. The cons are that it is not as affordable anymore, tho in line with other fast food chains. Also the app is ridiculously bad. I love using apps for other places but I don't bother with taco bell“

“2nd time here and both times was exceptional service the young man today was polite wasn’t overwhelmed by the non stop customers making selective sandwiches. This is also the one subway that is consistently clean and always has great staff!“

“Logan was exceptional at this location. My son loves subway so he gets gift cards for it. He had enough for the meal of the day. Logan was following every food safety rule, was polite, helpful, respectful, and from now on we will be making sure he’s working before we go in to order. One of the best, and cleanest restaurant workers I’ve seen in years, anywhere.“

“I come here often the food is always done fresh and very tasty. Our waiter was very good took all our orders 6 of of us and repeated them back . Our food came quickly and as we ordered it no mistakes. Im so glad they open 24hrs it's the place to go when hungry at night. You won't be disappointed they have a large menu something for everyone. The refills kept coming without asking for them . Don't drive by give them a try you will have a great meal. So for not putting any photos as we were very hungry and just began eating.“

“I went to the counter after receiving my food and politely asked for some ranch. The employee handed me only one, so I kindly asked if I could have a little more. Both employees rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude, which was disappointing and unprofessional.

It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for a simple condiment, especially when it’s part of their job to provide good customer service. The experience made me not even want to go back up and ask for anything else.

However, the manager was such a sweetheart and truly understood where I was coming from. She handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to know there are still people in customer service who genuinely care about their customers.“
