“I just ate lunch at arby's with my family here in okeechobe and wanted to comment about how great the customer service was. My sandwhich order was wrong and one of the young girls over heard me and went and got me a new sandwhich when she didn't have to! I didn't catch her name but it started with a Co . She was very sweet and courteous, something you don't see often in fast food. Thank you!!“

Sometimes I know when you order subs to go from places they can just kind of throw it on there but she for sure put the same effort as she would if it was an in store order.“
