“I have had difficulties in the service since they do not have Spanish-speaking staff in any shift. I almost always miss out on the order or I take something that is not what I ordered. The treatment is friendly but the language is a barrier unfortunately because I love KFC. .“

“I feel like this Wendy’s gets a bad rep for crazy reasons!
It seems to me people consistently complain about time, attitudes, and price.
It takes some time to make what you ordered. Hence made to order.
As far as attitude goes, I go to this Wendy’s at least once a week at MIDNIGHT and I am always met with nothing but smiling faces. (Perhaps you get what you give?!?)
And price? Do you live on the same planet that we all do? I paid $10 for creamer yesterday. Everything is expensive because everything is expensive and Wendy’s is included.“

“After being told over the phone they were closing at 8:19, I came into the store with an exceptionally bad attitude, Ashley Rodriguez was very patient with me, even though I showed my ugliness by insulting her. She, and her staff were willing to serve me, although I didn’t deserve service. There is NO excuse for my behavior. It is with the sincerest of intentions that I am apologizing for my appalling behavior.“

“I was very disappointed with the with the employees wearing their masks over their chins only, with a Spanish man who were bossing the other members as though he was a manager. The \\\"manager\\\" wearing his mask on his chin as well. There is a sign on the window stating a mask must be worn to enter.“

“This was a good McDonald's, but it's very busy all the time. As such you can often see trash in the parking lot. It's not the employees fault, there are just too many customers with bad manners. Service was fast and accurate.“
